In the same spirit of collapsing silos and setting an ever longer supper table for everyone, Supper House is venturing into experiential dining with Chef James under the auspices of TungLok Events.

Rather than starting with a grand concept and plating our way down, we are taking a more ingredient-first approach, building our base notes up. Think of it some what a creative mise en place: Supper House, TungLok Events, and a rotating cast of artists, each bringing their distinct flavor profile, letting it simmer, clash and occasionally wok-hey into something new.

Our first course features Genevieve Leong in a conversation with Chef James. Arriving with a refined pantry of found objects, she garnishes the evening with texture and oddity, helping us replate how art and dining might sit together. Somewhere between a meal and a medium.

Photos soon cause after all, a chef is rarely an artist when the proof keeps getting eaten.
